Fitness is a result of consistency over time No matter what variable you’re looking to improve (strength, endurance, aesthetics) Research shows it doesn’t take more than 3-4 training sessions per week If you’re a busy person, 3 days per week is plenty (personally that’s what I do) Give it 12 months, don’t miss a session, and I guarantee you will hit your goals The program doesn’t matter. Your supplements doesn’t matter. Your specific exercises DONT MATTER Log 3 sessions per week for 52 weeks Report back next year 🫡

This just might be the way I'm wired, but I found it's much easier to be consistent in the gym when I'm going 6 out of 7 days rather than 3-4 Taking a few days off in between makes it easier for me to break my momentum You also learn to workout in zones of effort (80%,90%,etc.) to maintain the daily practice
