Unlikely as that requires strong consensus which heavily limits social scaling So non strong consensus programs maybe, but why not do that outside of Snapchat or run via another decentralized hosting provider e.g. /quilibrium

Which significantly limits throughput of the network, so you my not be able to scale to large scale social apps At least that’s why as of today Snapchain doesn’t have that and just has consensus over data in the block but doesn’t enforce the time order
