can someone explain the aella birthday thing? like what's the appeal generally? what about it appeals to men? or do they not like it? does it appeal to women? like would they want to do a birthday thing too? disclosure: i've only seen SF-based gen Z males posting about this so assume my baseline knowledge is zero

It‘s just funny. I remember, the first joke about it was already a few months ago and it has only become funnier since then. Also: I think ppl should be free to do what they want and sex positivity is a good thing.
