But you are not on it, so im not understanding your point? And you not being on the list has everything to do with your own actions. I don't think anyone minds if that's your ultimate goal for each week. But it sounds like you want to say more, and id like to hear you out.

it‘s simple: If I‘m not on this list I haven‘t wasted my time on social media but eg I was out with friends or working

So why not just say this if that’s what you want to express. It’s kinda weird to be proud of yourself and communicate it by saying that others are mentally ill.
