🇺🇸 ~> 🇩🇪 I mentioned in a prior cast that it has been rough, going back from the western centers (SF, NYC) to Berlin, Germany. Some of you asked why and what has been rough, so here are some observations 🧵

Coming from a village, my take had always been that Berlin is a huge and stressful city. But stepping out of the plane after a month of being in SF, Denver and NYC, Berlin felt like a town. People walk slowly, it‘s green, clean, safe and less noisy than I remembered. I‘m ngl, it felt a bit stale at first.

I really appreciate these observations thanks for sharing them. It’s interesting that after spending so long in a place, it only took 1 month to notice so much upon return. A great example of how stepping outside of our environment is so important to really understand your world.
