The dessert at Eleven Madison. They change it every season but at the time they made this citrus looking fruit, but it was part ice cream, part soft gummy thing, with part crunch that was sweet and sour. Unbelievable, I still dream of it

I had no clue this would be so dessert focused. My wife is a pastry chef... bullish!
