Anyone else have a fear of public speaking, but force yourself to do it anyway? Drop your best tips, Iā€™m compiling a list.

Breathe between every sentence. It feels _extremely_ long to you, but very normal for listeners. If it's a short talk, you probably want to go beyond just "memorization": Beyonce doesn't just "remember" the words of her songs, she's like 10000x past that. You want to move past "thinking of the words".

For longer talks, honestly the best hack is just to be very comfortable with the subject matter. A way to think of this is giving a talk that's 1-2 levels below the surface of your understanding. This way, you can improv/go in different directions much easier. Also, totally fine to pause, think, restart!
