Everyone in their lives need to read only 10 books. But to find those, one needs to read 1,000. For me "The Tibetan Book of the Dead" was one such book. What it's like to be a dead spirit? 1/n

2/n Each one of us has a call within them, has a soul searching and longing for something - for if you didn't, you wouldn't be reborn yet again into this world. This book, however, doesn't provide an answer to the call but offers an insight into how and where this call originates.

Interested in reading now but what you described sounds pretty hopeless. Is there any light at the end of all that darkness?

It's an awesome book. Been a while though. You've inspired me to go back. See if it's one of my 10.
