Yeah good point. I agree that being overly restrictive does not feel democratic or open. In that way feels antithetical to their other goals but hey, if they fuck it up, someone will just succeed them in another variant.

It's going to be super hard to gain momentum, but I wish them luck. I hope they don't go forward with relicensing just to be "less appealing to companies".
