2. All channels will start in unmoderated / Priority mode.

Can you talk more about the migration of existing to new channels. Specifically, will channel names be held for existing channel name holders? 

ie, I own /thumbsup, and would like to purchase the onchain version at the base price to prevent someone trying to extort me for my brand name. Will I have a grace period?
