I think once group chat comes, it will be hard to argue against it. Would love to see apps like @nook / @buttrfly support XMTP to help usher in this change.

For real! I wrote about this in casts, lens posts, and tweets a few times. The best solution would be implementations per app that prioritize and deprioritize types of message. Like in Warpcast they could show messages from people you follow with everyone else in a secondary folder. Same thing in lens etc

@warpcast really needs to get onboard with DCs over XMTP. Having all my messages in one place would be ✨

@converseapp really nails the mobile connection experience. I wish every mobile dapp was like this
