Modern education today is more than ever of the world, not in the world.

A student today does not require a grading system, a big lecture hall, or endless essays and exams.

I believe that in exploring the gifts of the world and it's people is the greatest education any student can have today.

Especially as degrees become meaningless and work is more fluid.

There is near zero reason to take out huge loans when learning is free and exploring a niche topic through immersion is exponentially more exciting as you can meet local experts to challenge your thinking far greater than sitting in class.

Especially as people are realizing how evil of institutions the american ivy league colleges are (especially in terms of their abuse, greed, and cronyism), why focus on those institutions. I still believe strongly in in-person gatherings of young people to prioritize education and personal development but we should minimize our valuation of accreditation until these institutions go bankrupt from lack of value proposition.
