You nasty people, waking up not brushing teeth right away? Legit surprised by the results 😬 @ponder

Depends on how soon coffee/breakfast is expected to happen and whether I will interact with people. Dentist has told me before you don't want to over brush and the best time is after food to remove it. So by that logic it makes sense to do it after having eaten, not before. Also, you want fluoride to sit on your teeth for at least 30 mins. That's why they say you shouldn't eat or drink anything, even water, for 30 mins after brushing. So you would want a decent buffer before your meal.

I like reading this argument. You're right about the 30m wait after brushing. There should be a decent wait after food/drinks before brushing as well though.
