Gotta take it in strategic bursts. The strategy is to overwhelm you so you’ll give up entirely. Apathy creates vulnerability. Focus on the important details that will help undermine and dissolve the power of the right. Their strength is misdirection, ours is literal strength, especially in terms of our numbers.

And, this seems obvious but, keep reminding people *how much* disinfo exists. It may not be helpful to badjacket every piece of content, but reminding folks to remain skeptical and grounded IRL is super important

Yeah great point. A combination of taking time to qualify information as well as disregarding fluff or putting it into a broader pile to be understood as a whole will help avoid overwhelm.
