ya if u have a sit/stand setup that’s pretty tweakable (desk height, chair height), this helps ur legs stay at proper angles. it also helps w circulation

my wife has fr300 and she loves it. i used to have fr100 before this but it was defective so they replaced w fr500 and it’s been good so far. one downside tho compared to 100/300 is it moves forward as u rock it cause legs naturally push out

never heard of this thing before, is it worth it?
