Advice:

If you're going to run a poker tournament, make it easy on yourself.

Setting up tables and getting dealers cost money.

If I were doing this, I'd do it online but have everyone together physically.  Perhaps a bar.

Then you still get the poker + live event without the costs of physical necessities 🫡 good luck!
