Tokenomics is 1 side of the picture imho. The conversion in screenshot  may be setting up ham for 1 season & potentially increase the likelihood of fizzling out. If there is a L3 ham chain its strongest supporters/farcasters in lp channel need to be it's biggest advocates. This reward ratio may discourage quite a few.
