If they go after roaring kitty, doesn't it mean they have the case to go after all SPAC promoters which were also all pump and dump schemes

Thereβs no βtheyβ β this is an individual retail shareholder suing (and potentially others like him joining the class action). Anybody can sue anybody else Itβs not the SEC suing

I see, I didn't watch the roaring kitty's stuff in detail, it may likely come down to intent of his X posts and spaces, but what I understood is he was fairly transparent about his whole MO π, if there is a case on this, no one can post anything anymore.

Again, anybody can sue anybody else, for any reason. This is a nothing burger. Apparently the person suing holds very few shares and actually made a tiny profit. Some people will sue for publicity, or because they think thereβs money to be made, including by settling before it even reaches the court. I suspect this is whatβs happening here
