JUST IN 🚨: Roaring Kitty, aka Keith Gill, has been sued for securities fraud over his role in promoting GameStop (GME)‼️

If they go after roaring kitty, doesn't it mean they have the case to go after all SPAC promoters which were  also all pump and dump schemes

There’s no “they” — this is an individual retail shareholder suing (and potentially others like him joining the class action). Anybody can sue anybody else

It’s not the SEC suing

Again, anybody can sue anybody else, for any reason. This is a nothing burger. Apparently the person suing holds very few shares and actually made a tiny profit.

Some people will sue for publicity, or because they think there’s money to be made, including by settling before it even reaches the court. I suspect this is what’s happening here

I see, I didn't watch the roaring kitty's stuff in detail, it may likely come down to intent of his X posts and spaces, but what I understood is he was fairly transparent about his whole MO 😆, if there is a case on this, no one can post anything anymore.
