Still "backordered", even though I pre-ordered Day Of, I'm hearing it could be months wait :(

I can imagine, the demand is insane. I'm tempted to sell my rig and lenses. There are tradeoffs but the portability is so attractive.

Hard to part with that flexibility though, I still like having the option of full frame + lenses (film or digital) for when I want them. Simple point and shoot prime lens for every day / light travel

used x100F i've heard are still good value (never had a x100 series before myself). Or you can get some earlier sony RX100  line (like III or even II) pretty cheap and they do really well for simple point and shoot.

It really is. My rig (h-x1 + 15-55 2.8) is an absolute tank, but it's tankiness keeps me from shooting as much as I'd like and it's a much more planned process. Would love some more serendipity, though I can't justify having both
