We should not be blindly following legal advice from third parties.

The world of law lags behind tech. If you ask 99% of lawyers about crypto, they would tell you to never to get involved in the first place.

We should strive to make new, innovative systems that align with our values.

This is trying to fit a square peg on round hole, and I don't want to see what Nouns has to become to forcibly be converted to fitting in.

The fork mechanism was one example of this. It was a huge win for the DAO, and it made Nouns a leader in coming up with solutions that make onchain voting sustainable.

It seems unacceptable to rollback all of that progress just to try and fit in with traditional legal systems.
