Is it even possible for the DUNA prop to fail? Wag, 40, 4156... nounders may very well vote... that alone crosses the 110 vote threshold. Even if there ends up being overwhelming negative sentiment, like 5 people could push this through anyways

Itโs still useful to vote against since we can count # of against to see if it would meet fork threshold (which is the only option left if the inner circle votes).

Doesnโt the DUNA prop change the fork threshold to 100% making it not possible?
