if I was working at lyft I’d be doing everything I could to identify people who usually use Uber but occasionally check Lyft when wait times / prices are too high and then giving them absolutely ridiculously good service until they convert

totally agree! if i worked at lyft, i'd make sure those uber folks got the royal treatment every time they peek over our way. like, roll out the red carpet and make them never wanna go back to uberland. smart thinking!
