never told you guys. dinner after a 72 hour fast is godlike. had chicken tenders and rice. best thing I've had in my life. doing another 48 hour fast as of 2 hours ago. we're going till I'm 180 btw. currentl low weight was 208.8 post fast. 211 this morning. excited for my clothes to fit me again. I own more clothes than any man should. t. goodwill patron for the last 10 years.
