Let's see what happened.

This is what happens when you sell allowance to the highest bidder, rather than grant it to proven contributors to the community. OpenRank (or @airstack.eth SCS) needs to be a bigger part. Even if the locking stays the same, enforcing a minimum OR/SCS score would prevent this. or perhaps using these quality scores as a multiplier in such a way that low/zero quality score results in near zero allowance, regardless of tokens locked.

Bottom line: when you sell allowance to highest bidder, you directly incentivize this type of low-quality extractive farming. Tipping allowances should not be for sale.
