The culture of toxic faux positivity and just complete fakeness. I see profiles of people I know posting generic fake garbage and pretending to be someone else in a way that 10000x worse than instagram and forging connections that will lead to either indefinite pretense or eventual collapse

I’m fortunately not following those folks on instagram. But it constantly tries to serve me that.

Truthfully, LinkedIn absorbed most of this toxicity, IG got better, at least less cringe, and LI got terrible.
