Thief might be wrong here but Layer0 isn’t the first (not even close) to have the Sybil snitch program right? Seems like way more buzz and controversy this time around.

starknet kinda fucked it up royally, no sybil snitch, first one is connext or hop protocol , don't remember exactly m but both are fucked. 
Layer zero tried to bite the hand that feeds them(farmers) , they could have let it pass simply, corner the low flaot and pump it to valhalla like a chad chain, instead of drama
