Don’t understand the question, there is a “home” option that allows you to cast to your own?

Say I want to cast to /berlin channel asking what they doing for Easter, or if anyone wants to meet up.

I don't want/need to spam my other followers.

There needs to be a setting that lets me *opt out* certain channels, like /politics, from showing up on my feed unless I am following those channels. 

I get the reason why I'm seeing is because someone I'm following posted.
