That's an interesting approach but I think it doesn't address the elephant in the room: ICOs were about getting instant (or very short term) liquidity... which comes with its set of wrong incentives. And if you don't have the short term liquidity (to create the right incentives), your ICOs are just illiquid private investments 🤷
