Ah yes, who should bear the cost -- professional investors who after doing diligence, decide to bet on an early-stage venture knowing full well that the majority of investments won't return money?

OR unsuspecting retail audiences?

Sometimes crypto feels a bit like 
"I am going to try to do build business X and, worst case scenario, if it doesn't work we'll launch a token".

I really dislike it but, contrary to non-crypto startups, we have to recognize that crypto-projects come with a built-in "retail put", materialized in the form of a token.

That's why many professional investors love crypto projects 🤷
