I have a bug report for Coinbase Wallet @jessepollak: I wanted to contribute USDC to Commons Hub. Opened my CB Wallet, typed commonshub.eth as recipient.

Here is the issue: it resolved to commonshub.eth L1 address, not commonshub.eth Base address. That could lead to a loss of funds if one is not careful.
