Job security. 😲 Why? Crypto pros are built different. They know the space is volatile, but they’re confident their skills will land them the next gig. Reputation trumps stability—nobody wants their resume tied to a sinking ship, and It’s less about guarantees, it’s about opportunities. What’s your take? I'm hoping to pivot to crypto. I'd like to volunteer for any role, Just so I can learn much more bout web3 whilst delivering value as well.
