Hope to be consistent with this. For the next 30 days I’m gonna be dropping health tips daily. Some we know already and just needed to be reminded..others completely new and shocking haha.

PS I didn’t forget about this, just had a really busy and mournful week. I’ll be starting tomorrow and as someone who has a passion for fitness I’m gonna be adding gym&workout tips occasionally so stay tuned🙃
