Hey frENS, watch out β οΈ Scammers are buying your [address].eth and mapping it to their wallet. Due some wallets, like @metamask resolving ENS as first entry, the Β«fakeΒ» address is showing up first! Keep ya safe, check always twice π‘οΈππ«°πΌ https://x.com/haydenzadams/status/1757632516444311937?s=20

Same thoughts, but I guess any string above 3 letters is allowed. Maybe you can clarify from your side, @validator.eth? No blame at all, but is there a reason why EVM-based strings are allowed to be used as an ENS?

I am the proud new owner of two more ENS names and $140 fewer USD of ETH π I have to think if they thought of this, they would have made it not allowed. οΏΌ
