I like it! I think I get it, but I got confused when halfway through it changed from test driven to tech driven?

This is the way to use AI. At the moment AI is a perfect tool for summarizing things. I am doing exactly the same thing you're calling TDE for almost everything lately. You get insights, you get criticism (if you know how to ask for it), you get an opportunity to fix things before even shipping them. It's huge.

But it is also important not to mix the part of AI in it. It's not there to take your job, it's there to help you make your job better than ever. This is where some people are looking wrong at it.
