What do you think makes up the split of a best founding team? My last startup was me (non-technical product) and cofounder (sharp business mind). We lacked someone that could actually build so had to hire obviously, but always made me think of 3 person founding team (tech, product, biz) is the way forward

For a startup, there shouldn’t be a big diff between product and biz. In a new market, one commercially minded product person who can sell and one customer-centric technical expert who understands product thinking. Depending on market expectations, need a Ui/Ux designer as well
