But at the same time, I think there could be a flaw here as there is no way to really enforce people from just writing "the required phrase" to mint--more experiments needed to be done, so if you know someone that does not have an allowance feel free to have them come in and get a free mint--the contract has some gas

This would be a good way to protect a mint against bots because your tip allowance is based on actual usage of this app
