So true. People at work always ask what I want to move up to next. I tell them I just want to be happy.

i've declined promotions quite a few times myself as well

don't need more money if it means less time with my family and more responsibilities

Tru Dat--I have said it before but my personal mottos is:
"no other success in life can compensate for failure within the walls of your own home" When I focus on family and helping them achieve all they want in life I feel more fulfilled and happy than by engaging in any other activity.
