@noun40 brought up an idea that is exciting to me, in the vein of reducing the need for active governance: streaming. Every Noun is entitled to stream a portion of the treasury to some address(es). We can use similar logic to the client rewards as to the allowlist and how much.

Feels like could be very helpful inspiring talent to focus in on nouns and collective mission. Capital towards good consistent builders, positive sum, all channeling together seems fun
