You’re under some spell… food out west is a hot mid with some gems few and far between.

Nothing comprehensive and too many truly garbage places.

NYC and Chicago for food… not even close.

Well strawberries and avocados yes but also citrus and purple sweet potatoes and romanesco and red leaf lettuce like you’ve never tasted respectfully lol. Chicago is great yes! But to have fresh tuna caught off the backside of Catelina and then Uni from Santa Barbara to LA in hour ish  is something else. Oh and the pork and beef! Peads and Barnetts will change lives ❤️

Everyone here is wildly pilled. Yes you have strawberries and avocados… gonna hate me for this but Chicago has the best fish distro in the country….
