Government housing is a bureaucratic nightmare. The wait time for Section 8 vouchers can be anywhere from 13 months to 7 years... Public goods are funded by all of us; it's time we force efficient use of those funds by offering a superior system that delivers more affordable housing to everyone who needs it.
