When I run @mvr ‘s cool new Dune query for active, non spammy followers, I get some interesting results. 1. Quality casters (level 2 spam label: the good one) who casted at least 4 times in 30 days (aka once a week): 5640 2. Who casted 2/3 times a week: 3,191 3. Who casted every day for the past month: 1,122 If you are here to vibe everyday, probably more important to engage with group 3 the most. You can change the parameters of the Dune query yourself to what you consider “active/engaged”. https://dune.com/queries/4761620?previous_days_t6c1ea=30&times_casted_t6c1ea=4

Warpcast is a social media platform, and its main goal should be for people to cast and vibe. I love seeing users bring their real-life experiences here and share them with us, rather than everything always being about finance or making money! But the real issue is the Warpcast system itself. 🤦🏻 Warpcast's spam labeling is based on a "user circle." Basically, you need to keep your interactions within a specific group—mainly people you follow and who follow you back. The system encourages engagement within these circles rather than fostering organic conversations with new people. The problem? I can’t freely comment on a post from someone I’ve never interacted with before. If they don’t respond, it negatively affects my spam label status. This makes it harder to explore and connect with new people, which kind of defeats the purpose of social media.

Like, I interact with you even though you're not following me. Why? First, I love your work. And second, I know you usually interact back, which signals to Warpcast, "Hey, these users are interested in each other's content!" But that’s not always the case for everyone. A lot of users who aren’t following me might not respond. Maybe they’re getting tons of comments, and mine gets lost in the mix, or maybe they just forgot to reply. No matter the reason, Warpcast sees it as, “Okay, this person didn’t reply, so they must not be interested…” I’ve even been labeled as spam before just for dropping gm comments for Deployer. 😂 And we all know Deployer doesn’t have time to reply to every single gm. 😅 Just let me interact with people more freely ! Let me comment on 20 users' posts with intentions of making friends while only 5 of them may reply back 😅😂

Excellent points. I think this is why spam labels don’t count in channels and more people should make friends in channels first. It’s a really difficult model.
