Honestly so conflicted about whether or not it makes sense for me to buy a house So far I haven’t seen the benefit over renting and then investing for myself Also know I’d want a townhome not house bc I am not trying to be doing yard work

If you felt confident in your other investments, would a home hold the same importance? The land argument I totally get, but I think the math behind home ownership benefits is very different today than it was 10 - 20 years ago I personally don't need a lot of space either, and a lot of US homes are big for no reason
