something that i have been doing wrong on my casting (imho) is to think that the whole world will read something i said. nah. it’s only like 20 people reading it and it’s all good if they think you are stupid

I have the same problem 
before any thought similar to this starts to develop, I shut it down haha

I keep reminding myself how big a deal I'm making out of it and how unimportant it really is

then, if that doesn't work, I try to distract myself by thinking of something else
