I really enjoy the magic of colors in nature specially wen I'm on a trip 🍄 But the only thing that heal my soul is seeing peoples happiness, it's have a great impact on my feelings! I don't know if it's good or not but I suffering seeing peoples pain as well...

Thank you dude! I've picked up some yoga techniques from my wife, and I meditate occasionally before bedtime. However, I haven't experienced a significant harvest from it yet. Maybe I need to read about it 🤔
