Thank you dude! I've picked up some yoga techniques from my wife, and I meditate occasionally before bedtime. However, I haven't experienced a significant harvest from it yet. Maybe I need to read about it 🤔

Thanks mate. I think people can listen to their soul to find their path, a path that isn't fixed and is always changing by intellectual growth! 
The important thing is to recognize differences and understand that this is a personal journey. 
Changing ourselves is the way to change the world! If seeing others suffer makes me upset, I try not to contribute to their suffering in any way!
