omg what I had the same issue and I thought it was a bug so do I really not have an allowance anymore? What do I have to do to get one? It's not really explained.

the previous system was heavily biased on rankings over 52wks, which made it very difficult to increase your allowance. now there are actionable steps to increase it, though some tuning will surely be necessary. 🙏
