today is my 29th birthday. the first half of my twenties was so rough…but now it feels like life gets better with each year. i have better tools now to push my life in the direction i want to go. i am graced by supportive people who encourage and lift me up. i am pursuing my dreams and i have finally learned to be patient and kind to myself — to stop letting fear guide me. i will spend a lot of time today journaling, reflecting, and dreaming. it’s good to be alive!
