Dragging my sleepy ass to physical therapy this morning… who wants an 8 AM PT appointment anyway? Must be why they were the only options left when I called to schedule my appointments here in Hawaii.

Total knee replacement and long overdue… blew both ACLs before I turned 20 and the arthritis was beyond tolerable for years. Probably should have done this at least 5 years ago, and once I’m full recovered… … then it is time to do the left.
