I hear that haha Spent some time with family recently and it helped me see how hard it is for some of them to be “out of control” of a situation and it was like looking in a spooky mirror lmao

do you have a lot of neck and back issues? I have reason to believe that the control freak nature of things comes from inherited back and pain issues.. I had a couple Thai Massage sessions where to little Thai lady absolutely took everything away... and the control freak nature of things kinda disappeared, really
